Effective way to get into hot springs

To acclimate your body to the temperature in the hot spring, please be sure to pour the hot water over your body carefully.
The order is from feet to hips, fingertips to shoulders and far from the chest.
Finally, pour it over your head as well. This will help prevent standing up dizziness and lightheadedness.

Rather than suddenly taking a full-body bath, use a half-body bath to acclimate your body.
There is no sudden strain from the temperature and water pressure of the hot spring.
Once warmed up, we also recommend exercising the hands and feet.

It is effective to wash the body after warming up in a bathtub.
This is because dead skin cells become softer, pores open, and dirt floats out, making it easier to wash off.

Bathing time should be moderate.
Bathing time should be just long enough to make the forehead and the bridge of the nose sweat.
Do not take a bath so long that you start to sweat or have heart palpitations.

Even the most effective medicinal ingredients will be less effective if they are washed away in the shower.
However, those with sensitive skin that may cause dermatitis should rinse with fresh water.

Sweating reduces the amount of water in the body.

During bathing, energy is expended.
Blood pressure also fluctuates, so it is important to rest for at least 30 minutes until your condition stabilizes.
